A：If you use special powder and want the venturis are more wear-resisting than teflon material,we recommend our high quality material-- teflon+ceramic,this material work life time is double than teflon material,because the ceramic fiber material is more hard.
4. Q：Do you accept the customized order?
A：We can produce some venturis,powder tubes,nozzles and electrode holders by customzation if you can supply the sample.
5. Q：What is your spare parts warranty?
A：About the high voltage cascade,powder spray gun,injector and controller,the warranty is 1 year.About the wear parts such as venturis,powder tubes,electrode holders,powder hose,nozzles... there is no warranty,because this kind of product are the quick-wear parts.But if you have any question during your are using our parts please contact us freely,we are always responsible for our products
6. Q：We have forwarder in China,can you send parcels to our forwarder’s warehouse?
A：Yes,of course,we can ship parcels to your forwarder in China.We can clean customs ourselves or if you want your forwarder want to cleans customs that is also OK.
